Technician Cherh Hou went the extra mile during his installation for my laundry rack. His professionalism from informing me earlier of his arrival time to the actual installation was stellar. Made me rethink the kind of standard I should be expecting when I purchase a product from any company.
His patchwork of the ceiling was even better than the works done by the the contractors during my renovation.
After installation he took time to patiently explain to me how to use the laundry rack and more importantly properly cleared all the debris caused during his installation. He even cleared debris and dust that wasn’t caused by him. I was really thankful for this extra mile taken.
