The sales staff at showroom attended to us well and was not pushy at all. Technician who came to install our laundry system was very professional. Before installation, he surveyed our small service yard area and proposed the best position to install the rack. Installation process was fast and smooth, without any hiccup and the workmanship is good (no misalignment). After installation, the technician helped us to clean up the place thoroughly. The laundry system is aesthetically pleasing and all the functions are working well. We also love that the motor is very quiet that we cannot hear the sound of the fan/ blower once we close the service yard door.

The handyman came and did his job flawlessly. He even cleaned up after that. The rack is so much helpful now especially during this wet season on & off. And with kids and baby at home, the sterilizer comes in handy!
