  • Which model should I choose?

    Users should first consider the available installation space at the service yard and compare it with respective models. All models are suitable for most ceiling spaces. For households with limited space, please consider our Lite Mini model. The next thing to consider is the functionality of the laundry system. We recommend users to choose our Premium models which have all the functions you will need for an effortless experience. For further information, check out our model comparison list or make an appointment for an on-site survey.

  • Can I pay by installment

    Yes, we provide instalment through both debit cards and credit cards with 0% interest rate.

  • Do you have on-site assessments?

    Yes, we do, and you may click here to make an appointment.
    Additionally, we also provide online assessments. Users can simply take photos of the intended installing location and send them to us through whatsapp for online assessments and professional advice.

  • Are there any other charges that I should take note of?

    We will charge a small labour fee for the extra services if required. This includes but not limited to:
    1. Power point is more than 3 meters away or if extension requires drilling.
    Such services will incur an additional labour fees of around $30-$80.
    2. Individual switch point request.
    3. Special ceiling installation such as false ceiling and high ceiling.*

    Below services are free of charge:
    1. Dismantlement of existing HDB rack.
    2. Wiring work within 3 meters.
    3. Standard installation*.
    *Our standard installation implies concrete ceiling below 2.8m and power source is within 3 meter.

  • I just placed an order, when will it ship?

    Upon order confirmation, our team will contact you for installation scheduling.
    Depending on the schedules of both parties, installation will be arranged between 1-10 days.

  • How do I place an order if my place is still not ready for installation?

    We accept order confirmation/reservation through deposit. Simply place a deposit with us and we can reserve it for you up to 12 months.
    We recommend 2 weeks advance notice when your place is ready for installation.

  • How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

    All our products come with a 5-year on-site motor warranty and a 2 year warranty for all other parts.
    The warranty can be extended for another 5-year motor warranty at $199.
