Fan Drying

Our Platinum model boasts high-speed fans with an impressive velocity of 8m/s, setting it apart from competitors in the market. These low-energy consumption fans are particularly effective for drying in Singapore’s humid climate.

Their ability to maintain optimal drying conditions makes the Platinum rack an ideal choice for households seeking reliable and efficient laundry solutions.

New Design LED Light

Our 24-watt LED light strips are placed on the sides of the rack, illuminating the laundry area without being blocked by clothes. Available in three color tones, they provide bright and convenient lighting for your laundry tasks.

Obstacle Detection

If obstacles are detected during the lowering process, the rack automatically stops and raises by 3cm to avoid obstruction. This ensures safe operation and protects both the rack and surrounding items from damage.

Extension Poles

Extendable poles adjust from 100cm to 180cm, offering increased hanging space and customizable fit for compact space.

Aero Dynamic™ Technology

Our exclusive Aero Dynamic™ Technology sets the Platinum series Automated Laundry Rack apart. This advanced feature is programmed into the motherboard, ensuring that the four large heaters rotate their drying function every 30 minutes. This creates optimal convection for efficient drying while minimizing electricity consumption. With four powerful fans and four heaters (60°C), your laundry dries quickly and effectively, using energy wisely.

Timer Controls

Platinum series offers customizable fan and heater timer controls, allowing users to tailor their drying process to their specific needs. Choose from three options: 3 hours of cold wind, 3 hours of hot air, or 6 hours of hot air to simulate sunlight drying. This flexibility ensures optimal drying based on the environment and weather conditions. For instance, use cold wind on sunny days to save electricity, 3 hours of hot air on cloudy days, or 6 hours of hot air on rainy days for thorough drying.

Ionizer feature

The Platinum rack comes equipped with an automatic ionizer feature that activates whenever the fans are in use. Chose the platinum mini version due to the size of my yard. The customer service was very prompt and their installer did a good job.

As I opted to get the steel rods reinforcement, their installer had to cut the steel rods on site and he made sure to use the empty cardboard box the system was stored in to protect the area as he did the cutting. He also used a plastic wrapping to contain the dust as he drilled the holes in the false ceiling and made sure to clean up after that. His explanation on how to use the system was very clear too. Job well done!

The installer was very friendly and very professional. He gave valuable advice on the placement of laundry system and patiently went through the usage of the system with me. He even went the extra mile to cover my system with plastic sheets as my house is still under renovation.

Can i pay by installment?

Yes, we provide a 0% interest installment plan. This includes 3-month (Atome) and 4-month (Grab) options, which you can select during checkout. You may contact us for more details.

Do you have onsite assessments?

Yes, we provide a free site assessment. Please fill in the site survey form. Scheduling is based on a first-come, first-served basis and both parties’ availability.

Which model should i choose?

Model selection will be based on individual needs and requirements. A few key considerations will be space and features. Chat with us for a personalized recommendation.

Are there any other charges that i should take note of?

Under normal circumstances, most of our projects do not incur additional charges. We offer complimentary installation for both concrete and false ceilings, as well as free dismantling and disposal of old racks. Additionally, we provide free patching of bolts and wiring work.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange an installation date. If you have a preferred date, you may include it in the notes during checkout. Dates will be scheduled based on availability during the requested period.

How do i place an order if my place is still not ready for installation?

You may place your order as soon as you are ready; however, we recommend ordering in advance. Once your order is placed, we can hold the stock for up to 12 months.
