Found this company on Facebook and read the review. The reviews are good so contacted the customer service. The reply is prompt and informative. Schedule a date to view the item in the showroom and Carrie (hope it got her name correct) was very patient and helpful. She helped to arrange the installation date (earliest possible). Today the installation guy (Bob) called before he arrive. Once he served the site and confirm everything is ok, he proceeded with the installation. He is very patient and really did a good job. After the installation, he explained how to use the rack. I am super happy with the service. Highly recommend their rack.
