Schedule a date to view the automated laundry racks and the sales rep was very patient and helpful. She helped to arrange the installation date (earliest possible). Today the installer informed us when on the way to my location. Once he serve the site visit and confirm everything is okay, he proceed with the installation. He also explained how to use the rack. I am super happy with the service. Highly recommend their rack.
