Went to the showroom to see & test actual product, salesperson has good knowledge of their product & was very patient in answering our questions (even though it was during lunch hours). Installation was arranged within 2 working days. Installation was quick & professionally done, cable trunking was also done neatly. We got the Swift Silver Lite model & it works well, motor sound is non-existent, the light is also bright enough. Overall, very good experience & highly recommended product!
