Elvis was patient and detailed in explaining the various products and shared the comparisons between the other brands.

Tommy did a great job installing the unit. He was professional and efficient. He gave us his opinion on where to install and even helped me wrap it up because my renovation was not completed yet.

Unfortunately, the other brands had a schedule until February before they could come to my place. However, GoodLiving was able to send their technician to take measurements and informed me that I could choose any of their laundry racks. I visited the GoodLiving laundry rack showroom and was greeted by Natasha, who showed me all the products. I was impressed by the quality and decided to purchase the Platinum Pro Series. On the spot, I made the payment, and within a week, their technicians arrived to install the laundry rack. The installation process was quick and efficient. Before the installation, they provided me with some recommendations. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with GoodLiving.

Drove all the way to Woodlands as I just wanted to get the rack in black… too bad Plat pro doesn’t come in that colour so went with Premium Pro instead.

GoodLiving offered the best warranty terms. Very pleased with the purchase. Easy to use and connect to phone. The automated dryer rack is sturdy and was able to support a quilt cover and a bedsheet at the same time. Good to have this system for clothes that are recommended not to be put in a dryer.
