In the event that your warranty has expired, GoodLiving would be still able to provide technical support and arrange for an on-site repair visit.
The warranty applies to GoodLiving laundry system, for faulty, defective parts or workmanship under standard installation. Warranty is not covered for:
– Batteries for the remote control.
– Wear and tear – power surges, accessories broken, drop remote control, incorrect operation of the laundry system
– Misuse due to human error, including accidental damage as failure to properly maintain the laundry system
– Malfunction due to modification or repairing by others (3rd party)
