Delivery is only within Singapore. We will contact you about delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled with valid reason before delivery takes place.

Refunds
Refunds will only be given for defective products that cannot be repaired or replaced. Deposit cannot be refunded without any valid reason. Please contact us at 8878 4758 or info@goodwife.sg for more information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns & Exchanges
Every once in a while, an issue may occur with an order. If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order at 8878 4758 so that we can get back to you promptly within 3 working days.
Please quote your order number for to allow us to address your request quicker. Do note that we will only replace products that have been damaged by delivery, sent wrongly to you or defective products covered under warranty.
