Yes, we provide a free site assessment. Please fill in the site survey form. Scheduling is based on a first-come, first-served basis and both parties’ availability.
Model selection will be based on individual needs and requirements. A few key considerations will be space and features. Chat with us for a personalized recommendation.
Under normal circumstances, most of our projects do not incur additional charges. We offer complimentary installation for both concrete and false ceilings, as well as free dismantling and disposal of old racks. Additionally, we provide free patching of bolts and wiring work.
Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange an installation date. If you have a preferred date, you may include it in the notes during checkout. Dates will be scheduled based on availability during the requested period.
You may place your order as soon as you are ready; however, we recommend ordering in advance. Once your order is placed, we can hold the stock for up to 12 months.

Had a very good experience in the purchase, leading up to and during installation. Team was always polite & prompt in replying. Day before installation, they dropped a WA to confirm expected arrival time. On the day itself, technician Yuan also sent a WA half hour before arrival. It was very well installed despite the constraints of the very small yard and space that Yuan and colleague had to work within. I observed the care they took while unpacking and preparing the rack, always protecting the equipment and my home to avoid scratches. They cleverly used the boxes to contain dust when trimming and cutting. The demo sand tutorial at the end was conducted just as well.
