Loving the laundry rack!! During the presales process , elvis was very helpful and attentive without any hard sell. During the installation date , it was raining heavily and the lift was broken and slow , yuan the install technician was still very patient in explaining the set up and walked through the procedure in detail. Our yard was small and he made sure the set up would not interfere with other objects creating collision. Top notch service from the team. The laundry rack looks very sleek and operates well.
