Under normal circumstances, most of our projects do not incur additional charges. We offer complimentary installation for both concrete and false ceilings, as well as free dismantling and disposal of old racks. Additionally, we provide free patching of bolts and wiring work.
Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange an installation date. If you have a preferred date, you may include it in the notes during checkout. Dates will be scheduled based on availability during the requested period.

I’m very happy that the motor runs very quietly during retracting and lowering.
The lighting also helps to illuminate half of my kitchen better than the previous brand that I had previously.
Last but not least, this is one of the few models that features multiple long hanging poles, instead of the shorter perpendicular ones. Useful when drying multiple towels and pillow cases for the family.

Bought the platinum pro (white) during promotion, drying rack did it job, able to generate hot air and wind to help dry the clothes faster, love the ioniser and phone app control function, aesthetically beautiful as well, installation tech arrived on time and helped to remove the BTO drying rack, he also advised the optimal installation location as to maximise the rack’s functionality, he even cleaned up the place for me afterwards :’) overall a good purchase!
